Helena Parrott of Virtually Smart Ltd organises & manages the Dolphin N2 Ltd seminar for The Institute of Diesel & Gas Turbine Engineers at the Ricardo Centenary centre, Shoreham.
Helena Parrott has been working with the Dolphin N2 Ltd team as they prepare for patenting approval & seek investors for their ‘CryoPower’ engine, which looks set to change the face of long haul trucks & other heavy-duty vehicles. Helena, having already worked alongside the engineers at Ricardo, Shoreham; was a natural choice for the team to collaborate with & has been supporting the Dolphin N2 team over the past few months offering her business expertise as they develop their company strategies.
The Institute of Diesel and Gas Turbine Engineers attended a seminar at the Ricardo Centenary Centre, Shoreham on Wednesday 16 May, to explore the Dolphin N2 project & then went on to a demonstration at The University of Brighton.
Helena Parrott had been planning the event with the Dolphin N2 Ltd team for about 6 weeks & booked the facilities at Ricardo, arranged the catering & organised the logistics for the day. Helena liaised directly with John Grigson at Ricardo, who organised the layout, car parking & facilities for the event.
On the morning of the 16 May 2018, Helena arrived early to check the IT & layout, ensuring everything was ready to greet the guests. Helena greeted the guests when they arrived & was on hand throughout the morning to ensure the event went smoothly & that all the visitors were suitably catered for.
